Overview
We want you to feel confident about fabric choices, finishes, and sizing. When something is not right, we will repair, replace, or refund according to this policy and applicable law.
Change of mind
You may return unused items in original packaging within twenty-one days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be unused, unassembled where relevant, and free of pet hair or odours. We may decline change-of-mind returns that cannot be safely restocked.
Original outbound shipping is non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us within seven days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will cover reasonable return shipping or arrange collection.
Where a minor fault can be remedied within a reasonable time, we may offer repair or replacement before a refund.
Hygiene-sensitive products
Pillows, mattress toppers, earplugs, and sealed bedding cannot be returned once opened unless faulty, because health regulations prevent resale. Seals must be intact for change-of-mind returns.
Consultations and studio bookings
Reschedule sessions with at least twenty-four hours’ notice. Cancellations within twelve hours of the scheduled time may incur a fifty percent fee to cover reserved studio time and preparation. Packages of multiple sessions follow the schedule agreed at purchase.
How to start a return
- Email assist@drexalongrdriz.world with your order reference, reason, and photos if reporting damage.
- Wait for a return authorisation number and the correct address—do not send goods to our street address without instruction.
- Pack items securely with the authorisation note inside the parcel.
- Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage until the refund is complete.
Refunds and timing
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days of receiving the goods or approving a service credit. Bank processing may add additional days depending on your institution.
Store credits expire twenty-four months after issue unless stated otherwise on promotional materials.
Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping unless we offer a prepaid label during a promotional window. For faulty or misdescribed goods, we reimburse reasonable standard shipping costs with receipts.
