Agreement to terms
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Drexalongrdriz. We may update them; the hero date shows the latest substantive revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the site or via email where we have contact details.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction. If you represent an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
Accounts and communications
Where we offer accounts, you must keep credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that show fraud risk or abuse.
Orders and fulfilment
Product listings invite you to make an offer. We accept orders by sending confirmation or shipping goods. We may decline orders where items are unavailable, mispriced, or restricted by law.
Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s terms unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Pricing, taxes, and fees
Prices appear in the currency stated at checkout. GST applies to New Zealand supplies where required. Shipping and import duties may be separate line items.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no unlawful scraping, malware, attempts to probe unauthorised areas, harassment of staff or customers, or interference with our infrastructure.
Intellectual property
Text, graphics, photography, layout, and trademarks belong to us or licensors. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal reference. Any other use requires prior written permission.
Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We exclude implied warranties where allowed, except those that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory rules.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive loss arising from site use. Our aggregate liability for direct loss related to a twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim, except where the law forbids such caps.
Consumer rights
New Zealand consumers may have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Courts in New Zealand have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
